Promoting inclusive environments ensures all learners have an optimal learning experience. To accomplish this, instructors must consider digital accessibility when designing their courses and educational material. However, these practices are still unfamiliar to many faculty members. This session will cover the basic digital accessibility considerations when developing a course or educational materials for students. This event is certified for 1 AMA PRA Category 1 Credit.

The global pandemic advanced the technical necessities and advancements of our curricula; however, it did not advance the technical capabilities of all students. This session will highlight some of the common challenges instructors face when leading a course with learners that span across multiple generations and technical abilities.
