In this workshop, you will discover a novel Portfolio-Based Scholarship Approach that aligns to the AAMC’s five educator portfolio activities and framework and then practice applying the PBSA to foster the quantity and quality of your own and your mentees’ education scholarship productivity, leadership, and mentoring skill.
