Updates will be provided on new and evolving policies at NIH that impact COM grant submissions and review.  Topics will include: An introduction to the new ‘simplified review’ process and tips for outlining a grant for this type of review, new policies like limits on the number of PI submissions, non-human research guidelines and strategies to address these in future applications, and more.  Representatives will be present from the Grants Management Office (GMO) in COM, the university-level Office of Sponsored Programs (OSP), and OSUCOM’s Office of Research.
