FAME Unites Engaged Leaders (FUEL)

Leadership skills are as important as clinical competency in achieving professional success, but few training programs devote time to developing these skills. FUEL is a 5-month cohort program designed to enhance knowledge in leadership with an emphasis on building and developing more effective teams. FUEL is open to all faculty members in the College of Medicine and Health Sciences and is offered twice each year (once in the fall and once in the spring).

More Information

The cost of FUEL is $600 per participant. For more information about the program, including program requirements, session topics, and dates, please read the 2025 FUEL Program Overview linked below.
