Faculty Affairs Resources

Navigating the promotion & tenure process can be cumbersome. The Vice Dean of Faculty Affairs, Dr. Tania Oberyszyn, recommends beginning to put together your dossier in the first several months of your faculty appointment here at OSU. After that, you should make a monthly appointment with yourself to update it. That way, when it is time for you to go up for promotion, you will have all the necessary information and you will just have to make edits. The APT toolbox provides all the necessary information that you need to know about successfully going up for promotion.
