Student demographics are changing. Effective teachers can reach all age demographics. The global pandemic advanced the technical necessities and advancements of our curricula; however, it did not advance the technical capabilities of all students. This session will highlight some of the common challenges instructors face when leading a course with learners that span across multiple generations and technical abilities.
