Assistant Professor of Education
The Assistant Professor, tenure-track position is a 10 month full-time faculty position in the School of Education. Candidates must have a minimum of 5 to 10 years of successful and recent teaching and/or instructional coaching experience in the P-12 classroom.
The ideal candidate will have knowledge of current elementary education curricular expectations for effective classroom teaching, excellent technology skills such as use of Google Workspace, Active Panel Promethean Board and using ActiveInspire software, along with superior collaboration and communication skills. Individual should also possess superior instructional coaching skills to provide quality mentoring and support to teacher education students.
