Teaching Positions in Cleveland Ohio

Tremont Montessori
Cleveland, OH
Early Childhood Educators

The Cleveland Metropolitan School District has been investing in making Montessori available to Cleveland families since the late 1980s and is committed to financially supporting Tremont Montessori teachers to pursue a Montessori credential in the grade levels they are teaching. As principal of Tremont Montessori School, it is my personal mission to bring Dr. Montessori’s original vision into the 21st century. I am looking to employ the next generation of Montessori guides who believe education is an instrument of social justice and courageous enough to teach the “community of ages” –a mixed-age classroom with three grade levels together. I am looking to employ educators whose professional philosophy resonates with Dr. Montessori’s, who believe in the dignity and purpose of our youth, and who are grounded in the developmental stages of the grades they hope to (or are) teaching.

Apply to Cleveland Metropolitan School District directly for their general teacher positions (https://www.clevelandmetroschools.org/Page/6463)Postings for openings at Tremont Montessori will then be listed with other schools’ openings in early May, and we will be interviewing interested candidates during May.
