The College of Education and Professional Development at Marshall University seeks a dynamic, innovative educator with a strong understanding of the principles of quality curriculum, instruction, research, and writing and a demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion for the position of Assistant Professor of Curriculum and Instruction (tenure-track). The Curriculum and Instruction program works with graduate candidates pursuing the MA in Education, MA in Teaching, EdS in Curriculum & Instruction, EdD in Curriculum & Instruction, and a variety of related Graduate Certificates. This is a 9-month, tenure-track, salaried faculty position with a minimum teaching load of three courses per semester during the fall and spring semesters and potential for a summer contract. Tenure-track faculty are evaluated based on teaching and advising, scholarship, service to the university, college, and program, and professional and community service.
