The Humanities Department at Bowling Green State University Firelands College is seeking an Assistant Teaching Professor in Inclusive Early Childhood Education beginning in August 2021. This is a full-time, qualified-rank, non-renewable faculty appointment for academic year 2021-2022.

With 2,100 students, BGSU Firelands is the regional branch campus of Bowling Green State University. The University has nationally recognized programs and research in the natural and social sciences, education, arts, business, health and wellness, humanities, and applied technologies. BGSU Firelands seeks talented individuals to join our community in Huron, Ohio, on the scenic shores of Lake Erie. Primary Responsibilities:

  • Teach 12 credit hours per semester in the area of Inclusive PreK-5 Education.
  • Procure and monitor field placements.
  • Online and evening teaching may be required.
  • Participate in professional development.
  • Participate in department, college, and university service activities.
