Thank you for your interest in being a WestFest partner. The partner registration period for WestFest 2025 has ended will open in August, 2025. Contact us to be placed on the communication list to receive notifications about future events.
Event Location
WestFest will be held on the West Campus quad, surrounding buildings and green spaces. West Campus quad is the green space in front of Byrd Polar and Climate Research Center, Bevis Hall, Rightmire Hall, and Pressey Hall.

Engagement and Activities
There will be plenty of opportunities for engagement at WestFest!
WestFest Partners and Tours
Guests will have the opportunity to explore STEM-related activities at booths and behind-the-scenes tours of Ohio State research facilities.
Activities and Give-Aways
Event passports will be handed out at the information booth, and guests will receive stamps for completing activities at booths or tables. Once the passport has been completed, you can turn your passport back in at the information booth and receive a prize.
