Why is diversity important? I can probably give you a host of reasons like it helps us build strategies and adjust to changes, it allows for us to envision the same world from different perspectives and it assists in alleviating prejudices against others. However for me the most important reason why it is so important reason why is because diversity helps us identify ourselves, acknowledge
our differences and embrace them.
