      1. Security Method (dropdown); password security
   4. Check box-Require a password to open the document
   5. Document Open Password: see below
      1. Pick a (Crayola) Primary color: Red, Orange, Yellow, Green, Blue, Violet, Brown, Black
      2. Use the following three letter abbreviation, per above: RED, ORG, YEL, GRN, BLR, VIO, BRN, BLK
      3. Pick a number between 01-31
      4. See Jean to share your password; one example might be GRN09(don’t use this one).
      5. Keep this private.

The same password will be used for years with reconciliations.
