Kaitlin Read received a second fellowship to support her work elucidating the transcriptional mechanisms underlying the balance between T helper 1 and T follicular helper responses during viral infection. The Department of Microbial Infection and Immunity and The Division of Infectious Diseases offered four (4) one-year fellowships to promote innovative infectious disease research focused on host-pathogen interactions, which were made possible by a recent philanthropic donation. This fellowship will support Kaitlin for the next year as she works to finalize in-progress manuscripts regarding her dissertation work. Congratulations, Kaitlin!
