Beef Quality Assurance Opportunities
In anticipation of the phasing-in of new Beef Quality Assurance requirements for producers in 2019, we will begin offering opportunities for Beef Quality Assurance training this year. Individuals approved to provide training will be overseeing these events. Beef Quality Assurance Training will be a requirement for producers whose product enters the supply chain for Wendy’s and Tyson. It is expected this will spread throughout the entire industry.
BQA trainings will be held on the following Tuesdays at Muskingum Livestock Auction:
- March 27, 7:00 PM (same time for all dates)
- April 10
- May 8
