Webcast Teaches on Systemic Lupus Erythematosus: Diagnosis and Management. Despite all of these discoveries, systemic lupus erythematosus in many ways continues to be a mystery. The causes are not clear and the clinical manifestations are so protean that a confident diagnosis can often be hard to make. But the good news is that we now have new treatments for lupus that are improving patients’ lives in ways that were previously not possible. Let me welcome today’s guest. Dr. Judith Lin is a rheumatologist and Assistant Professor of Internal Medicine at the Ohio State University.
