Learn About Refractory Depression on Webcast. Learners will be given the definition of refractory depression and learn how to identify refractory depression in their patient population. Next the presentation will go through algorithm of depression treatment followed by explanation of interventional depression treatment options as well as second line medications that can be used.

To discuss refractory depression, we’ve invited one of Ohio State University’s Psychiatry experts. We’re pleased to introduce Dr Evita Singh, Assistant Professor of Psychiatry and Behavioral Health. Evita is trained in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry and is also an interventional psychiatrist.

With adolescent and young adult mental health disorders becoming so commonplace, We have invited two of Ohio State University’s Med-Peds experts to review Anxiety and Depression in the Young. We’re pleased to introduce Dr. Susie Friedman and Dr. Allison Rossetti. Susie is an assistant professor of Internal medicine who practices Med-Peds primary care and has done additional training in pediatric anxiety and Allison is an Assistant professor of Internal Medicine who practices both adult and pediatric hospital medicine where she frequently sees patients hospitalized with mental health crises, while also serving as the Med-Peds residency program director.
