Join the LIFT Lab, a dynamic team transforming health system outcomes through interdisciplinary research led by Dr. Catherine Quatman-Yates, Dr. Carmen Quatman, and Dr. Gabriel Alain.

To apply:

1. Complete CITI Training (see instructions below if needed)
2. Update your resume
3. Write a personal statement explaining your fit for the LIFT Lab
4. Once completed, email your CITI credentials, resume, and personal statement to Riley Summers (Riley.Summers@osumc.edu).

For those who need CITI Training:

• If you have never logged on to an OSU Office of Research application (ie. PI Portal, eCOI) you will need to complete a user registration form in order to access CITI.
  • Log on to http://go.osu.edu/citi with your Ohio State Username (lastname.#) and Password
  • Complete the Office of Research User Registration form and click Submit Registration
  • Select I am a new CITI user – follow prompts to create your CITI account – (not necessary if you already have an account).
• Once logged on to CITI from the main menu:
  • Add OSU affiliation
  • Expand the Ohio State University Courses menu
  • Select Add a Course and answer Questions 1 and 2
    • Question 1, check the boxes for
      • Human Subjects Protection (HSP) Biomedical
      • AND Responsible Conduct of Research Courses
    • Question 2, check the box for
      • Biomedical
  • Click Submit to add the courses and complete all training modules
