There were many beautiful sights to see in Japan that were very memorable. One that will stick to me to the very end is Miyajima. I believe it is my favorite scenic memory in Japan. Not only were the deer and crabs really cute, there were beautiful shrines and a “floating” torii gate. We were able to go inside the shrine and we went on the beach as well. There were many shells and hermit crabs that I felt bad stepping on them.
On our way there and back, we took a ferry. It allowed us to see the sunset over the shimmery waters.
