The purpose of weekly meetings is to develop leadership skills in the context of globalization among our Global Leaders. These meetings are intended to prepare and shape our Global Leaders into becoming multifaceted leaders in our current globalized landscape. In order to become great leaders, our members will have to learn the skills and knowledge required to help them develop their own leadership style as a Global Leader. Being in a group of diverse people requires a certain set of skills to ensure team efficiency and harmonious integration between people of unique identities and backgrounds.
