The 2017 OSU Food Waste Collaborative Conference and Webinar was held Friday, September 15, 2017. Our program, Food Waste Policy: Present and Future, featured an overview of federal, state and local policy trends that impact our ability to reduce the amount of wasted food at the household as well as the population level.
