The Pollock Fund | Fund Number: 316413
Created by Diana W. Pollock, in memory of James D. Pollock and Dr. Ronald H. Pollock, the fund shall support the Ohio State Food Waste Collaborative. The collaborative is a collection of researchers, practitioners, and students working together to promote the reduction and redirection of food waste as an integral part of a healthy and sustainable food system. Expenditures shall be approved in accordance with the current guidelines and procedures established by the College of Food, Agricultural, and Environmental Sciences.
