Nov. 8th
- The group discussed what games we could do
- We considered battleship but thought it would be too difficult to do
- We eventually decided on hangman – Vince and Alex would work on that
- Hangman is two points, so we can do more games for extra credit
- We then discussed if we should do another small game or two
- John wanted to do Over/Under 7 and Ben wanted to do Craps
- would be 4 points total
Nov. 15th
- Ben brought up the idea of making blackjack
- would only make it if we had enough time
- The group made the rough draft for the SDP video
- For the rough draft, we:
- introduced ourselves and project
- introduced hangman
- described how it was played
- described how appealing it was to play
- demonstration of game
- For the rough draft, we:
- The group also worked on trying to fix Hangman
- we could not get Matlab to insert a correct letter into the correct spot
Nov. 30th
- Started filming video for SDP
- We discussed how to split up the 5 minutes
- Broke up the video in an introduction for the SDP, what hangman is, how to play it, and what makes it a great game to buy and play
Dec. 2nd
- Discussed what games we should include in our notebook
- decided that we would include only hangman?
- We finished the SDP video
- We split the rest of the assignments of the notebook among ourselves
Dec. 4th
- Reaffirmed who was doing each assignment for the notebook
- Ben was going to do the Welcome Page section and insert project schedule and meeting notes
- Vince was going to do most of the Software Documentation section and insert the first interview
- John was going to finish putting the video together and finish the brief discussion
- Alex was going to work on the conclusions/recommendations page along with the advertisement
