Team Approach to MCR
For our division of Dreese Data Systems to succeed in building a successful AEV in a timely manner. To do so, we will have a discussion every week at the beginning of the week to plan out what work each team member needs to accomplish. By doing so, it will enable the team to meet the deadline for each deliverable by dividing the work equally into smaller more manageable amounts. Team members will also be using a group message in order to stay in contact outside of the lab so if any person needs assistance, they can consult with the remaining members of the division.
