Team Meeting Minutes #5

 

Location: Biological Science/ Pharmacy Library

Time: 5:00pm- 7:00pm

Attendees: Rylee Kohr, Kalen Sutandar, Pedro Tokushiro

 

Objective

This meeting was to answer any remaining questions on the pR&D labs. We also had plan to work on the grant proposal and prepare for the committee meeting number 1.

 

Discussion

 

  • What part do we want to use on our R&D
    • Hanger – answering questions as to what, why and how
  • Going over website deliverables and making sure everything is up to date
  • Going over our concept sketch and the construction of the AEV

Action items Completed

Rylee:

  • Address what was recently completed. Why was it completed? How was it completed?
  • Results and analysis are objective, supported with data/ observations, and comprehensive.

Pedro:

  • Relevant data/ information summarized in a clear and concise manner to support summary   
  • Takeways identified for both AEV and Engineering Design Process (EDP).

Kalen

  • Address what will be completed next. Why it will be completed? How it will be completed?
  • Clear team goals are articulated and explained

Karen

  • A comprehensive plan is articulated for all team members. Tasks, subtasks, materials, and time needs are all clear. (* might be in meeting minutes)
  • Meetings since last progress report are included. Location, time, and attendees are recorded as well as what was discussed (who initiated ideas, why decisions were made, and who is assigned what tasks/subtasks)
  • Previous codes since last Progress Report are included

  • Public Relations- Making sure website is up to date
  • Solidworks design of the hanger

  • Going over the progress report and meeting minutes for the committee meeting (R&D)
