In this lab, our team submitted the parts that needed to be 3D printed for the pulley system design. The design was made in SolidWorks; parts were dimension according to its actual size.

The wheel in the image above is to be mechanically attached to the wheel on the arm of the AEV. So that when the belt start turning, the AEV will move on the monorail. The design of this wheel is help the installation of belt.

The spool-shaped gear (shown in the image above) will be attached on to the motor, the lips on the gear prevents slip of the belt. As the motor runs, the gear turns the belt and provide propulsion to the AEV.
