  Final design choose to use heavier base to increase stability of the AEV, and teo motors and larger propellers to increase the efficiency of the AEV. The total cost of the AEV is shown below.

   The final doesn’t have any customize parts and the capital cost of AEV is small, only $157,080, and the time cost ranges from $108,000 to $133,000. But the energy cost is large, which increases the total cost to around $570,000.

The final design shows a high consistency on its performance as it can stop at the required area within error in 4cm. It barely sway while running. This AEV fulfill the division’s focus on safety.

  The efficiency of the Final design is not ideal and the group had tried to change Ardunio code to decrease the energy it consumed but find out that the consistency of the AEV can’t be secured with other codes. The division will work on the topic of efficiency and decrease the energy consumed by the AEV in future development.
