Approach

Our goal is to create the most efficient AEV possible. We will do this through extensive research and development while staying on budget. First we tested the Arduino and the reflectance sensors to be sure they’re working properly. After that, we moved to preliminary design and familiarizing ourselves with collecting data from the AEV system. We then moved into advanced research and development with the rest of the company. For this, each team chose two labs. Our team chose motor configurations and the wind tunnel lab. We have completed those and will now move into the next succession of the process with the information our company has gathered to aid us.
