Faculty Compensation
The College utilizes faculty policies regarding compensation as described in policies established by the Office of Academic Affairs. Faculty are encouraged to consult the University’s Faculty Compensation policy.
Staff Compensation
Staff compensation decisions are determined by several factors:
- Internal and external market data supplied by the University
- Candidate/employee skills and experience
- Comparison of duties to similar jobs both in the College and within the University
- Available funding sources
The College utilizes hiring and retention practices as outlined in the Staff Compensation Policy 3.10. Staff are encouraged to review the University’s Compensation Philosophy.
Annual Merit Compensation Adjustments
On an annual basis, the College, under the guidance of the University, provides for an annual merit adjustment. Employees are encouraged to review the Annual Merit Compensation Process.
