Per University policy, all employees, regardless of FTE, or probationary period, are eligible for a compensation adjustment. However, the policy also states that colleges have the right to place parameters around eligibility of increases. It is a requirement of the College that all letters of offer indicate eligibility or ineligibility for participation in the Annual Merit and Compensation Process. The assessment period goes from April 1st to March 31st of each year. This is subject to change in future years.
