The four guides linked below offer various examples of how an access guide might be set up–both before and after the COVID-19 pandemic.
They provide information for navigating physical conference locations, and note other points of interest (such as restaurants and local attractions). They also provide information for presenters on making presentations more accessible, as well as extensive information on how to make remote presentations accessible.
CCCC has provided an access guide since 2011, as documented by Ruth Osorio in Documenting Barriers, Transforming Academic Cultures.
