Extension Mission:
In line with the Ohio State University Extension vision, mission and values, Kubota Lab’s program contributes to the following areas.
- Science-based problem solving for stakeholders locally, nationally and internationally.
- Creating opportunities for innovations by applying science-based knowledge encompassing crop physiology and technology.
- Communicating with stakeholders to inform technology advancement.
- Professional education (non-credit online courses) to respond to the needs of our stakeholders.
Professional Education:
This is an area where Dr. Chieri Kubota has focused in her outreach/extension program using online technologies. More courses will be developed in the near future.
