We are looking for students and researchers who have strong motivation on conducting research in the field of semiconductor materials growth and devices for electronics and optoelectronics. Candidates who has the following listed or related background are encouraged to apply:
- MOCVD
- quantum mechanics
- electromagnetic fields
- semicondutor and solid state physics
- optoelectronics materials / devices, or
- semicondutor nanostructure synthesis.
