Once the production process is complete, the shoes are distributed to countries in need as well as the purchasing countries: the United States, United Kingdom, Germany, Australia, Canada and France.
Beginning with the manufacturer, once the shoes are ready for purchase, they are added to the online store and delivered to multiple retailers. From there the shoes can be delivered to the consumer through mail or purchased directly at the retailer.
After the consumer has purchased their TOMS, a new pair is delivered to a child in need. The shoes are sent by boat or truck from the factories that have created the shoes, and are then received by the child.
