This site is designed to provide faculty with ideas on how to support student well-being and incorporate wellness and self-care into their teaching strategies. The information in the toolkit is intended to be useful for educators whether they teach graduate or undergraduate students, large or small classes, didactic or clinical courses, OR using an online, on-campus, or hybrid format.

The site was first published online in 2018 by Dr. Kate Gawlik, and is regularly updated. The update on 1/26/2024 was created with Dr. Gawlik & Dr. Alice Teall as leads, and in collaboration with the Ohio State University College of Nursing Wellness Workgroup.
