Your individual plan of study can be found in Beacon.
Students will be able to access Beacon after they have accepted their offer of admission, paid the deposit, and matriculated as an active student. This process can take several days after accepting the offer, so please allow some time before your login is active.
If you were admitted as a Graduate Intra-University Transfer, you will be unable to register for classes or access Beacon until you have been reactivated by the Graduate School. This process can take up to four weeks from the acceptance deadline. If you still cannot enroll after four weeks, please reach out to your Graduate Program Manager.
The program of study includes 9 credits from the following core courses:
Nursing 7781 Responsible Conduct of Research (3 credits)
MCR 7770 Fundamentals of Medical Product Development and Regulation (3 credits)
MCR 7405 Clinical Research Study and Site Management (prerequisite MCR 7770, or permission of instructor, 3 credits)
This certificate also includes 3 hours of elective coursework (pick one):

MCR 7481 Data Management and Informatics in Clinical Research (prerequisite MCR 7782, or enrollment in Clinical Research Management certificate, or permission of instructor. Available spring semester only.)
MCR 7404 Project Management for Healthcare and Clinical Research (prerequisite 7782, or enrollment in Clinical Research Management certificate, or permission of instructor. Available summer semester only, 3 credits)
MCR 7482 Principles of Quality Management for Medical Product Development (prerequisite MCR 7405, or enrollment in Clinical Research Management certificate, or permission of instructor. Available summer only, 3 credits)
