I plan on developing my global awareness by traveling abroad to countries like Peru or the Dominican Republic with the campus club “Volunteers Around the World, Dental.” It will provide me with an opportunity to travel abroad and speak Spanish, as well as learn more about new cultures while developing basic knowledge in dentistry at the same time. I also plan to continue my involvement in the Indian Student Association on campus because although I am familiar with Northern Indian Culture, it will allow me to learn more about the cultures in different regions of India. I would also like to join clubs for different countries to learn about more cultures around the world.
