Hey! My name is Mansi Patel, I’m originally from Dayton, Ohio and am currently majoring in Neuroscience. I came to Ohio State with an intent of going on to dental school and I plan on pursuing my goal. My hope is that through the next four years, I will develop into a more confident and well-rounded person that is ready to take on dental school head-strong.
Since I was young, I’ve greatly appreciated my family and our values. For a bit I struggled settling on what I wanted to pursue career-wise, until I decided to shadow my cousin who is a dentist. The more time I spent watching her and learning about much she loved the field, I began to think that I too could share the same passion. My hope is to one day travel to various countries to provide them with the needed dental care we all deserve and I hope that through my studies I can achieve all of my goals.
