Kayla’s impact on our college, the university, and the various constituents she serves can’t be overstated. She’s an exemplary administrative professional and we are extremely lucky to have her in the College of Social Work.”

“Looking at the criteria for the OSUAP Administrative Excellence Award, I can attest to Kayla’s outstanding performance in support of her Dean and the entire faculty. She clearly demonstrated leadership, innovation, resourcefulness, professionalism and interpersonal skills as we all negotiated elements of a guidelines that will affect the way the College of Social Work’s faculty do their work and are recognized and promoted for the coming years. She went beyond creating and implementing timelines for the review. She formatted and copyedited the documents, provided substantive feedback to the P&T workgroup on areas of concern, engaged directly with my office around thorny questions and relayed information to the Dean and the faculty, and created overview documents that allowed faculty to view changes from version to version. The college now benefits from Kayla’s deep understanding of these documents moving forward.”
