Agenda

OMSS 2025 will take place over two days, as described below:

  • Registration will be center of the plaza level, which is located centrally either coming out of the elevator or up the stairs.
  • Please visit our exhibitors in the Pavilion where we will have coffee and tea service available throughout the day, including light snacks during the morning and afternoon networking breaks.
  • Boxed lunch pickup will be available in the “Galley,” the hallway area between the Grand Ballroom and Pavilion. Individualized boxed lunches will be available at a separate table for those who specified dietary needs during registration.
  • A lactation room (or wellness room) will be available in Pfahl 206. There will be a sign on the table and door, which remains locked. The door should remain open when not in use.
