Schedule a Writing Consultation

 

1. IN-PERSON:

Signing Up for an In-Studio Appointment

  1. First, go to OSUN.TRAC.CLOUD and log in with your OSU credentials (name.# and password).
  2.  Click “search availability” on the left side of the page.
  3.  Click the drop-down menu under “center” on the left side of the page and choose OSU Writer’s Studio (In Person).
  4. Select the date and use the slider to select a timeframe and click search.
  5. Choose a 30 minute time slot by clicking on one of the green boxes.

Attending Your Session

  1. Visit us at our studio, Warner room 210.
  2. Please arrive at least five minutes early to make sure you get the most out of your appointment.
  3. Check-in at the computer terminals (No worries, our front desk will help your first time).

    1. To schedule a 30-minute session with a PWC, go to OSUN.TRAC.CLOUD and login with your name.# and your OSU password.
    2. Once you have reached the welcome page, click on Search Availability in the upper left corner of the screen.
    3. Click on the dropdown menu that reads Centers and choose OSU Writer’s Studio (remote).
    4. You can search by a specific week, day, and time to find available PWCs.
    5. Once you have selected a 30-minute time slot, click on the time and fill out the Comment Section and Reasons dropdown menu.
    6. Click save.

Attending Your Live Chat Session

    1.  Log back into OSUN.TRAC.CLOUD five minutes before the appointment.
    2. Click on the link under Upcoming Appointments in the center of the welcome page.
    3. Note: This link will only become available 15 minutes before the scheduled appointment. If you log in before that 15 minutes, you will not see the link and the page does not automatically refresh. You will need to refresh the page manually in order to click on the link.
    4. You will be directed to a Zoom waiting room until the tutor is ready to see you.
