Now we’re in the age of social media, Testosterone therapy has once again gained substantial interest and attention. You’ve probably heard the commercials for “low T” treatment and so have your patients. Between 2001 and 2011, testosterone use in the US has tripled. FOR-profit “low T” clinics have popped up all around the country to serve the increasing appetite for testosterone replacement.
With more and more patients asking about low-T, we wanted to bring you the most up-to-date and evidenced-based recommendations for the testing, treatment, and monitoring of hypogonadism. For today’s presentation, we’ve invited an expert from Ohio State University. Dr Roger Harty is an Assistant Professor of Endocrinology, Diabetes and Metabolism.
