Expert Teaches on Artificial Intelligence in Medicine on webcast. This presentation provides a primer on Artificial Intelligence (AI) and its uses in Medicine. It starts off with defining artificial intelligence, reviewing a brief history, and discussing different types of artificial intelligence. Then the webcast dives into how AI is used in healthcare including clinical and research applications. Finally, the presentation will also discuss pitfalls of AI. We’re pleased to introduce Assistant Professor of Internal Medicine Dr. Andrew Srisuwananukorn. Andrew is a Hematologist by training and incorporates his informatics expertise to use machine learning for Hematology research.
