Natasha Curtis

Born and raised in Buenos Aires, Argentina, Natasha Curtis is a bilingual and bicultural professional with a wide range of international experiences that inform her daily practice in diversity, equity and inclusion professional.

Additionally, she is an Interpreter Trainer, and both designs and facilitates engaging learning experiences centered around the concepts of cultural humility, cross-cultural communication, inclusive leadership, equitable practices, implicit bias, and dimensions of diversity, to name a few. Moreover, Natasha specializes in language access in health care, and was instrumental in the development of the first hospital-based Language Access Program in the Akron area. She has also served as a Subject Matter Expert in the development of a state certification for court interpreters, and a national certification for healthcare interpreters. Natasha believes strongly in the power of words and she supports learning communities and professionals by empowering them to succeed through a more conscious and intentional use of their words.
