ROUGH SKETCHES
Listed above, I have all of my rough draft sketches, a bench, The Goddess Nike, Hayes, a lamp post, Orton and Thompson. These were my “rough sketches” for class and I wanted to include them to show progress in my work. These did not include lots of detail or shading, as they were just our rough draft sketches. I had the idea of doing lots of known buildings and areas of campus, trying to get a better knowledge of each of them. I really liked spending time getting to draw each of them.
JOURNEY NOTES/DIRECTIONS

JourneytoTreasureMYDIRECTIONS
Listed above here, I have included my personal notes from my journey. These notes include how I felt during my Journey, and my overall experience while taking it. I think it was cool to take notes while on the journey. It made me more aware of my surroundings and everything that I passed. I also have attached the directions that I was given to originally go on my journey. Along with the notes I took on my journey and the directions given to me, I have attached the directions that I originally made to give to a classmate. It was different to get directions to a place that most of us know where the treasure is, but it was cool because I was taken a different way than I would normally go.
FINAL SKETCHES
Attached above are the links to my final sketches. In these I added more shading, detail and included the use of triangulation. I am really happy that we did this project, it made me go outside of my comfort zone and to go explore our campus. I love that we were able to sketch several different places on our journey. I feel that I know more about each place that I visited to sketch, and I understand the meaning of them more now.
