Gonzalo Miyagusuku Cruzado presented in the graduate student poster competition at the American Dairy Science Association (ASDA) Virtual Annual Meeting. His project titled “Decarboxylation of hydroxycinnamic acids by lactic acid bacteria strains isolated from dairy products” was awarded second place. The conference took place virtually due to COVID19, but Gonzalo still dressed the part and got the part! Congratulations!
