  • scientific collaboration, particularly if you are seeking expertise in:
    • maternal-infant biology
    • the biology of reproductive transitions
    • clinical and translational immunobiology among diverse populations
    • psychoneuroimmunology (how stress affects the immune system in ways that are meaningful to health)
  • employment opportunities as a research coordinator, research nurse, or laboratory technician
  • student engagement in research for undergraduate and graduate students in nursing and non-nursing majors, particularly:
    • research immersions through independent study (in a group setting, with a typical expectation of 2 scheduled hours/week)
    • mentoring for undergraduate honors theses (in a group setting, with a typical expectation of 2 scheduled hours/week)
    • occasional paid research opportunities
