This product requires two components. First is the magnetic vest that the users puts on. The vest attaches in the front with Velcro and it is adjustable so most vests should be able to fit most adults. However there are larger sizes available for tall people and smaller sizes for children. 
The second component is the magnetic field. Participants stand on the magnetic field while wearing the vest to create a resistance force. The box next to the field control how much resistance the user will feel. For a “heavier” workout, user can set the resistance to a higher setting.
The following views show how the user exerts a downward force when wearing the magnetic vest and the magnetic field exerts an upward force repelling the user away resulting in a resistance feeling for the user.
