Bar Exercises: This is a specialty bar that has knurling (part you grab on the bar) that is slightly offset from the middle allowing for equal distribution of weight and can move on the bar depending on the amount of weight on each side.
Balance: This attachment goes around the neck and over the shoulders and provides a weight that looks like an arm to hang off the side to provide balance.
Weight/Machine Setup: This bench has a pedal on the bottom of it to control whether you want to adjust the bench up or down without having to use your hands.
