The EHE ODI is currently conducting an IRB approved study titled, “Examining Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion: The College of Education and Human Ecology’s Office of Diversity and Inclusion.” We want to gain a deeper understanding of how EHE ODI can impact teaching, learning, policy, and/or cultural understandings in EHE, at OSU, in surrounding communities, and throughout other higher education systems. In particular, we want to investigate how members of EHE understand and take up equity, diversity, and inclusion in their work. These understandings can help our office (and, hopefully, our college) learn more about how members of EHE engage in this important work and how our work impacts how people, systems, and structures work toward more diverse, equitable, and inclusive educational spaces.
